Phil Daigrepont was born in New Orleans Louisiana September 22, 1947 he is always been some sort of speed freak.  In his younger day he used to be a jockey and rode horses all over the country.  Then he went into downhill skiing in Colorado.  When he got tired of that he went into  cart-racing.  But his real passion is vintage racing .  I ask Phil what he likes so much about vintage racing and he told me that he has made more friends in this sport then any other.  The people I race with are terrific, most of these guys have more money than you could imagine but you would never know that, we get out there and drive a race course and have the best time of our  lives.  It's a great sport to be in.  You can see Phil on most of the race circuits  throughout the United States and Europe
